Our success is defined by creating an environment and providing the resources for the next generation of high potential leaders to collectively influence accelerated socio-economic change. Improving employment outcomes for youth in Africa by enhancing leadership and skills capabilities of academically talented youth, through scholarships, fellowships and integrated leadership development.
Africa is the youngest continent with children and youth aged below 30 years constituting 70 percent of the continent’s entire population. Africa has a potential demographic dividend but needs to create jobs at an accelerated pace to absorb it’s growing labour force. Investments in education and transition to employment are critical in capitalising on this demographic dividend, and driving Africa’s global repositioning agenda.
African Dream Fellowships.
Experiential learning and skills development that supports youth in job readiness, capability building, integration and network building; through hands-on practical training, mentoring and leadership development with partner organisations.
